Jahjaga requires constitutionality review of deal on ZSO

ZSO is in line with Kosovo's* constitution. And if it's not, the EU will pressure to Kosovo to change its constitution as it's done before, to make it in line with the ZSO. Besides, I thought ZSO was supposed to have no power or authority and now these people want to see whether a deal they already signed is legal?

There will be pressure to change the constitution IF it is not in line with the formation of the community of Serbs but that is easily dealt with. They simply submit changing the constitution to allow for the formation of the "ZSO" and the formation of an army together as one change. Then allow a vote by the parliament and let the Serbs decide whether to accept or reject the changes. Let the failure land on the Serbs as preventing the formation OR let Kosovo have its Army.
