what say you to the fact that the albanians declared Kosovo independent without respecting Serbia's law
(Goran., 30 October 2015 12:57)

Well, there is no dispute that those who declared independence for Kosovo violated Serbia's law, the same way that Serbia violated Ottoman Empire's law when Serbia declared independence. The same way that those who declared independence for US violated British law and were wanted to be hangwd for treason! And you can find many other examples that has happened...
----------

and International law, i.e. UNSC Resolution 1244?
(Goran., 30 October 2015 12:57)

Kosovo's UDI was in accordance with UNSCR 1244. That was clarified 5 years ago thanks to a certain Vuk's herculean efforts.
----------

Would you like to have some honour and hand yourself over to Serbian police
(Goran., 30 October 2015 12:57)

Serbian police should enforce Serbian law in Kosovo if Kosovo is Serbia, as some people say. I'm not aware that in other parts of Serbia, Serbia's police waits for alleged violators of Serbia's laws to hand themselves over to the police!

I think I have figured it out you are the sectarian pseudo of Drago dragu or whatever his name is. While there is no delusional ranting on the religious side, it is still the same unfounded irrational ramblings. Based on Serbian pride and nothing on legal base.
You think it is so simple that since Kosovo is not a member of the UN, yet, it must be a province and a nonSerb is going to believe it?
Or you think that should Kosovo arrest a Serb, that any kind of arrest warrant for kidnapping is going to be honored by the international community.
How many warrants registered with Interpol have resulted in a person being extradited to Serbia? Most of those warrants have been flushed down the toilet after their most logical use.
One has to wonder, are you actually an Albanian who is playing with melodrama the perception of what a Serb is like to show the idiocy of it all. Kind of like Archie Bunker to show the irrationalness of racial prejudice in the 70's in the US. Because one stands with hand on chin and says "you can't be for real"

The usual cowardish behavior, to forward an unpopular decision you agreed to to the constitutional court, only to please the violent national extremists hiding abusing the name 'self determination'. I consider that a sign of a weak government.

-- Serbia did the same. Or is it only OK when Serbia does it? For someone that posts anti-Albanian posts on every article it's strangley entertaining to see you act as if you don't remember that Serbia also brought the deals before its constitutional Court. Now go out there and try not to be a hypocrite for once.

Isa Mustafa is a representative of the Albanians in Kosovo... Not prime minister....

Now, Isa must take into consideration that Kosovo is not a country as far as the United Nations is concerned and if it is not a country, then it must be a province of a country, of Serbia...

So the only person which will be arrested is Isa Mustafa if he tries to illegally detain any Serbian person on Serbian land, and according to the United Nations Kosovo is Serbian land...
Isa will be charged with kidnapping if he dares to arrest a Serbian citizen.

For every Serbian citizen Isa arrests, the Serbian authorities should arrest 10 Kosovo Albanian citizens, the Serbian police should go into Kosovo and kidnap 10 Albanians for every Serbia person arrested, because after all, that's all Isa Mustafa is doing, he is kidnapping Serbian citizens using his fake country and false constitution which is illegal in Serbia and Kosovo to kidnap Serbian citizens... Serbia should place an international arrest warrant on Isa if he tries to illegally detain Serbian people...

Isa is a corrupt individual, he works for the European and American powers and is screwing the Serbs and the Kosovo Albanians, everyone is getting screwed by Isa except for his puppet masters... The Kosovo Albanian lives will not improve with such a corrupt individual representing the Kosovo Albanians, Isa will just bring trouble and instability to Kosovo....

The regime in Pristina really likes to arrest Serbs, but mostly this has just aggravated the Serbs. It is also really easy to observe that if Albanians kill Serbs and destroy their property, they don't have to worry about being arrested. This is a dangerous combination of habits to exhibit for any government. If the thin pretense of a government in Pristina looks like it is they who are killing Serbs and destroying their property, Pristina will find it hard to share space with anyone else in the halls of real government elsewhere.

in support of Goran: "They (Serbs) can declare autonomy today but that would not be valid, because they are forced to respect the laws of Kosovo" - just one islamofascist forgets what they did with the support of euro/us leftists-utopists - the same applies to KiM islamofascists - they can declare whatever they wish but that does not legalize their claim over KiM which is a part of Serbia. Mustafa's statement clearly invalidates KiM islamofascists claims on Serbian land, so pls get back to S-Arabia and Turkey - where you have come from

Serbia could do the same to please their extremists like Radicals and Dveri, because if the whole existence of the self-proclaimed state of Kosovo is in accordance with the Serbian constitution is more than questionable.

If the EU and the EU moderators would have some honor, they would stop immediately any cooperation with such a government.

"They (Serbs) can declare autonomy today but that would not be valid, because they are forced to respect the laws of Kosovo. Otherwise Kosovo's institutions will have to take measures. Those who violate the law can end up in jail and that is guaranteed by the agreement on the judiciary," Dear Mr. Mentally challenged, what say you to the fact that the albanians declared Kosovo independent without respecting Serbia's law and International law, i.e. UNSC Resolution 1244? Oh please if that were actually taken seriously, two-thirds of Kosovo's elected officials would be behind bars including the honorable Mr. Mustafa. Let's dispense with the sanctity of legal authority in a land that basically runs on ways of cheating the system.
