The regime in Pristina really likes to arrest Serbs, but mostly this has just aggravated the Serbs. It is also really easy to observe that if Albanians kill Serbs and destroy their property, they don't have to worry about being arrested. This is a dangerous combination of habits to exhibit for any government. If the thin pretense of a government in Pristina looks like it is they who are killing Serbs and destroying their property, Pristina will find it hard to share space with anyone else in the halls of real government elsewhere.

Well, there is no dispute that those who declared independence for Kosovo violated Serbia's law, the same way that Serbia violated Ottoman Empire's law when Serbia declared independence.
