The problem is there is not political will to pursue as NATO and many western nations would be complicit. Even Carla De Ponte who was was the original prosecutor and hired by NATO to prosecute Slobodan Milosevic has been highly critical of these crimes being covered up.

Yeah, but it was Carla Del Ponte herself who, when she was the Prosecutor, decided not to prosecute those alleged crimes because no reliable evidence had been obtained to substantiate the allegations

Since you like to act like a lawyer, you should also be aware that the bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999 was an illegal act against the UN Charter and against all international precedents up to that point.
