"Russia not planning field operations in Syria"

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said his country does not plan to send ground troops to Syria, and will continue to support the Syrian government.

He's right.

And the Russian Federation is not anywhere in East Ukraine. There are Russians in East Ukraine, but they have always been there and are Ukraine citizens. If their rights as citizens had been respected, there would be no bloodshed in East Ukraine.

What exactly are you doing in eastern Ukraine then Mr. Putin? Typical from the Russians and also the Americans. Do as we say, not as we do.
