Construction of Nis-Pristina highway to start in late 2016

this article is misleading. It makes i sound as if Serbia is constructing the Nis-Pristina highway. I guess they will on Serb territory, but certainly not on Kosovo territory. Besides that, the EU is financing it. It also states that a meeting between representatives of the the different countries involved, which includes Kosovo, should be held to discuss the financing. This was said in the presence of Vucic, and it just shows that everybody in Europe, except a few die-hard diaspora serb ultra nationalist and their russian helpers still believe 'Kosovo is Serbia'. you are dying breed.

Oh well, the drugs already flow freely from Pristina/Kosovo to whole western Europe without that highway.
