This is like a gitmo! You can't be detained idefinitely without trial! It's considered abuse if human rights. Where is his trial? Why won't his trial start? What's going on? Why is there no bail? People can't be detained like this! It's serbias territory they should go in with their troops or police and free him.
Its not if he is guilty as he is but will there be enough evidence to convict him after 15years.

That probably depends on whether the SNS gave Eulex enough evidence to secure a conviction or just enough to get him out of the elections.
Why don't they investigate albanian organic trafficking, drug dealing and ethnic cleansing instead of harassing and intimidating innocent Serbs?

Yeah there has been a huge issue of organic trafficking in the world today!
As far as ethnic cleansing, no where in the world other than Serbia can anyone subtract 250,000 from 200,000 and get 150,000. Everyone has to learn the math inorder to see your point. Drug dealing? I guess that needs to be investigated as a problem everywhere.
