If Russian officials secure a temporary or provisional release for Mladic so that he can obtain medical treatment in Russia the question is can they be trusted to return Mladic to The Hague detention centre or unit?(provided or at least if his health improves.)Personally I sometimes or in a way don't feel that Russian officials can be trusted simply because Russia is a best "buddy" or one of the best buddies to Serbia and that therefore they may refuse to extradite Mladic back to Holland(since it's the location of The Hague tribunal) for that reason.
