"There is a clear tendency for Croatian, Bosniaks, and Albanians on this site to bash Serbs."

for sure, the inverse is also true, there is blatant bashing of Croats, Bosniaks & Albanians by Serb commentators. Now, to go back to your point that somehow we are just talking, unless you honestly believe that commentators here are responsible for deals with Iran or whoever, I have no idea why you would type that. the comment section on any website is just for talking, it really isn't for anything else.

ned taylor,

I do not believe I misconstrued the phrase 'doing business' with Iran as Bam Bam wrote.

He emphasizes Iran as "a nation that prides itself on the destruction of Israel and the death of Christianity". Because Israel is so strongly opposed to the nuclear deal 'doing business', IMO, suggests negotiating this nuclear deal. Perception is one's reality.

I agree, it doesn't always literally mean goods and services and, in this case, it did not.

. I think you would be better directing your anger towards Tudjman and Milosevic rather than Tito although to be honest harping on about dead leaders won't move anything very far forward. I've long since forgotten about Thatcher.

The reason I've been "harping on" is because so many here are harping on how it was all Serbia's fault. I am responding to this rubbish.
Yes I am furious with all the players of that time who damaged Yugoslavia but comparing Thatcher to any of them is ridiculous.
How many deaths and divisions of UK was she responsible for?

RE: Croatia-Hungarian Province

The Serbs in WWI lost 25 percent of it's population to negotiate the freedom of Croatia from Hungarian rule and become part of Yugoslavia. Croatia's repays Serbia by committing Geneocide to over 750,000 Serbs, Jews, Gypsies and Croats according to Yad Yashem institute. This was not enough, Franjo Tudjman, another Nazi fascist commits a similar act by breaking the Yugoslav constitution seizing JNA barracks with the tacit support of Germany and the Vatican, first countries to recognize the so called state of Croatia.

Croatia has never "won" a war, Milosevic turned his back on RSK. Croatia is very lucky Serbia proper did not strike back because Croatia would cease to exist. Bleiburg will look like a picnic when Serbs get done with Nazi Croatia.

The ICTY concluded the following:

1. There was no Joint Criminal Enterprise from the Croatian side.
2. Krajina Serbs were not deported from Croatia by the Croatian
authorities;
3. Not only that the Croatian authorities did not permit crimes
against Serbs and Serbs’ property, but they were actively
against those crimes;
4. It’s confirmed that 20,000 houses were not burned
after Operation Storm; number is probably closer to 5,000,
in both Sectors, North and South.
5. The judgment has found that a total of 44 civilians
were killed by the Croatian forces, not 320 as the Prosecution claimed, not 600 as HHO claimed and not 2,000 as claimed by „Veritas“ and Savo Strbac.
6. There were no politics of non-investigation of crimes by the Croatian authorities.
7. The housing laws after Operation Storm were not in a collision with the international humanitarian law.

Roger 7: I think you are misconstruing the phrase 'doing business'. There is the actual buying and selling of goods and services on the one hand and then there is negotiating (a nuclear deal) on the other. We say that someone is a person (country) with whom we can "do business" but it doesn't always literally mean the former definition, is means that it is possible to talk sensibly with the particular interlocutor.

There is a clear tendency for Croatian, Bosniaks, and Albanians on this site to bash Serbs.

This is typically done when one has no national direction of one's own.

With all due respect, that part of Croatia was occupied for 4 years. If the people living there recognized that they were in Croatia, then there would be no Operation Storm. Those people would still be there, and there would be no "ethnic cleansing."

Operation Storm was launched to liberate Croatia.

If the Serbs were not recognizing Croatia, then whose fault is that?
(Croat, 3 August 2015 19:02)
==================================
So simple as far as you're concerned. For a start, if Croatians didn't bring out their old Nazi symbols which are a threat to Serbs, they wouldn't feel the need to defend themselves. But, the more important point is that without Serb inclusion in whether Croatia walks away, independence wsasn't exactly legal. Serbs have been on that land for as long as Croatians, before Croatia existed in the present borders and just because the borders were changed without consultation by a dictator (Tito) doesn't mean it has to stay that way.
So don't look at it through Croatian eyes and regurgitate Croatian propaganda. Take time to find out what was lawful and what happened. You simply cannot kick out people who feard the return of Nazism and force them to accept your version of Croatia and then blame them for it.

Croatia and Croatian people profoundly UNITED, Blessed by the Vatican and backed up by the strong arm of the Roman Catholic Empire! Serbian people never united and never will be united! Serbian people in 1945 choose Satan to lead Jugoslavia for 35 years! Josif Broz Tito a Croatian put on the throne by Serbians in the heart of Serbia! Serbians torture and murder their own Serbian brothers and sisters to please Satan, yes no body to blame but our selves! As long as Serbian people continue to resist unification our heads will roll and our lands will fly away! Very simple, united we stand and divided we fall! So Croatia very smart people, always united against Serbia and they will always be in a position to do any thing they want including the high possibility in the near future to add even more land and real estate, lets say a even Greater Croatia at the expense of Serbia! So Serbian people in Beograd can continue to place flowers and pray for Tito at his tomb while Serbia continues to sink into severe darkness! At this point in time the only hope to at least save what is currently left of Serbia and Serbian people is Complete Serbian Unity, Full Anexation with Russia and God! So we Serbians can patheticaly continue to point our fingers at Croatia or pick up what's left and continue on a path of recovery and salvation! What is gone is gone, it's gone for ever now but at least to hold on to what very little is left most urgent now!!!

(Haitian, 3 August 2015 15:53)

Right, 250, 000 people were evacuated in a matter of days because of "orders from Milosevic". Because they had the power to convince a quarter million people that quickly to leave their ancestral homes. But I do agree with KosovoPolje, Serbs embraced Tito who artificially created these borders in the first place. We have to pay for our mistakes, though I think we'll liberate Vukovar one day, still 35% Serbian after countless genocides and ethnic cleansings.

Serbs are parlty to blame for the loss of Krajina. Serbs embraced Tito who denied the existence of the Krajina entity in Croatia and killed all communist who supported the idea. When the war in Krajina began, the majority of Serbs fled to Belgrade and by the time Knin was attacked, only a handful of Serbs were left (and these morons had the audacity to blame Milosevic for the loss of Krajina). I'm sorry but Serbs from Serbia aren't going to put their lives on the line to protect Serbian homes that have been abandoned.

for sure operation storm was a tragedy for many serbs, children primarily. ultimately they are not to blame for anything that they suffered. of course, what their parents did (of course not every serb is guilty of this) to Croats during the short lived phantom state that was the Republic of Serbian Krajina is a crime too and one that sadly, their children have paid for. nothing but sympathy for those kids, they are totally blameless, the adults who so eagerly murdered and expelled Croats with impunity, not even a shred of pity for them, they had it coming

This might be true, but, as usual, not a single word about the 100.000s of Croats who were living there for centuries as well and which were expelled by Serbs from the self-proclaimed 'Serb Rebublic Krajina' some year before operation Storm took place.

Croatia is a criminal state and croats are a criminal population: they stole lands to Serbia and Italy and have the strong support of Germany, as all naziphile countries have. Croatia is an infamous member of European Union (that, actually, symbolizes the rightwing wave behing Europe) and United Nations. We can't forget that many croats every year flee to Bleiburg to celebrate their ustasha cowards who were leaving the country while brave soldiers and heroic partisans where protecting it by the nazi evil.

for sure operation storm was a tragedy for many serbs, children primarily. ultimately they are not to blame for anything that they suffered. of course, what their parents did (of course not every serb is guilty of this) to Croats during the short lived phantom state that was the Republic of Serbian Krajina is a crime too and one that sadly, their children have paid for. nothing but sympathy for those kids, they are totally blameless, the adults who so eagerly murdered and expelled Croats with impunity, not even a shred of pity for them, they had it coming

"Croatia's Operation Storm was a joint criminal enterprise whose goal was to expel the Serb people in Croatia from the areas they lived in for centuries."

That's a lie, Operation Storm's goal was to take back occupied Croatian lands and that's exactly what happened. Milan Martić of the so-called Republic of Serbian Krajina issued order 26 "the evacuation of all persons incapable of military service from the Knin, Benkovac, Obrovac, Drnis and Gracac municipalities".

http://www.hrw.org/reports/1996/Croatia.htm

You can't evacuate a population then later pretend that they were "ethnically cleansed", that's rewriting history for political gain aka propaganda.

You are the laughing stoick of this forum. Even level-headed Croats and Albanians distance themselves from the nonsense you write. You are a joke.

==================================

2. Krajina Serbs were not deported from Croatia by the Croatian
authorities;
3. Not only that the Croatian authorities did not permit crimes
against Serbs and Serbs’ property, but they were actively
against those crimes;
