The Truth: I think it is early to say that Williamson has "proved" anything, although the figure who were killed for their organs is, in his opinion, considerably lower than the one given by Dick Marty. If it is indeed "less than ten people" who were killed then it may be hard to prove that this was a systematic crime but the families of those who died deserve to know the truth, not least who was behind the killing. It may well be that some low ranking member of the KLA actually did the killing but this would have been ordered from on high and a trained doctor would have had to be involved as well to ensure that the organs were properly harvested. The crunch will come if Thaci is indicted, then Kosovo will be stuck with a real dilemma; bury its head in the sand or cooperate with the EU, 22 of whose members have thus far supported its UDI and path to the EU, albeit that the latter is many years away even if full cooperation in this matter is forthcoming.

By the way when it comes to war crimes nobody comes close to Serbia.

All these accusations are politacally motivated or to better say geopolitically motivated.. the germans and in general the EU want to dominate the region at the expence of the USA. Actually, you are wrong, Marty in his report stated that IF the rumor of organ harvesting were true, it was very small maybe in the 10s, definitely not the hundreds of individuals as Serbia was claiming.
But just as you see the opportunity to exploit such a claim is what is the focus. He claims to have evidence of war crimes that will result in indictments, but none of those have anything to do with organ harvesting. But the world is ignoring that and focusing on his statement that even though he has no concrete proof organ harvesting happened, no victims, no knowledge of who was responsible, but that more investigation may reveal evidence in the future(Do people really think this will be an open ended ongoing investigation that will never stop). That is what is gotten from this report.
There has always been speculation that it happened but there was NO evidence to prove it, today we learn that IF it happened it could of only been a handful of individuals that were victims but still there is not enough evidence to prove it is true.

The witness was run over in Montenegro by a Serbian driver. So the Serbian Secret services planted a witness and killed him before the trial since they couldn't produce a credible story for him, backed by evidence. By killing him before the trial, they could claim "witness intimidation". If they had left the trial take it's course, it's story would have fallen short in the trial and discredited as false and fabricated testimony.

Remember the onus for protecting witnesses falls on the prosecution, not the defendants. It is so in every modern justice system. And the prosecution in these cases have unlimited options and countries where to protect the witnesses.

It may well be that some low ranking member of the KLA actually did the killing but this would have been ordered from on high and a trained doctor would have had to be involved as well to ensure that the organs were properly harvested. The witness was run over in Montenegro by a Serbian driver. So the Serbian Secret services planted a witness and killed him before the trial since they couldn't produce a credible story for him, backed by evidence. By killing him before the trial, they could claim "witness intimidation". If they had left the trial take it's course, it's story would have fallen short in the trial and discredited as false and fabricated testimony.

Remember the onus for protecting witnesses falls on the prosecution, not the defendants. It is so in every modern justice system. And the prosecution in these cases have unlimited options and countries where to protect the witnesses.

The Citizens of Kosovo want those persons, and don't deserve anything better, and have to live with the consequences.

Mate, if any of "those persons" have committed crimes, the citizens of Kosovo have no problem with them going to jail - there are enough other people able to lead Kosovo. The citizens of Kosovo are not like our dear friend rote who wants to clone Vladimir :)

Dick Marty Report made noice because of the claims of organ harvesting. Williamson while not flatly denying those allegations, found no evidence to support them. As far as the alleged war crimes are concerned, this is not news. Haradinaj and others have been before Hague. When there is a war terrible things happen.Although it will hurt initially, punishing the thugs that have used the Liberation war for their personal power, enrichment and vendettas will be beneficiary in the long term for the new Kosovo . Some people will try to put the equal sign between this sporadic events and the government of Serbia organized ethnic cleansing/genocide. It hasn't work, it will not work. The whole world knows the aggressor and the victim. Albanians have nothing to lose. If the international community has evidence , bring it forward and let punish the guilty individuals.The problem is that (as in Haradinaj case) many times this cases have been very week, and put unnecessary burden on the accused persons by being started all over again. I guess the double jeopardy concept is not something international law endorses.

A law suit is now being prepared against Dick Marty for defamation of character, the names of the accused are being withheld till Marty reveals their names. This bungling fool Marty will be taught a lesson he will never forget. It will also be proven at the appropriate time that Marty has been in the pay of the Serbian gov't.

It's hard to sue someone from jail. Besides, what about Williamson? Are these individuals going to sue him too? Sounds like desperation from the guilty.

Well, the 'citizens of Kosovo' voted for exactly those persons, and maybe even Hardinaj who only was set free by The Hague because he eliminated all witnesses will become prime minister. Kosovo society and state is rotten from the bone. Conclusion: The Citizens of Kosovo want those persons, and don't deserve anything better, and have to live with the consequences.

Wonder What the justice system in the world would look like if we used your method of determining guilt. "I don't have any credible evidence but I believe you are guilty anyway so you deserve to die" But wait was not that the scourge of Milosevic through Kosovo, so how are you different from him. You think that Albanian blood in the body is all that you need to convict. You know of nothing personally Haradinaj did, you rely on the rumors of Serbs who never lie.
But his witness intimidation must be true because he did publish the names of all the witnesses that may take the stand against him, didn't he? Oh, wait I'm mistaken, that was a famous Serb who your group insists did nothing wrong. But he was only guilty of contempt of court right? there was no way he would have thought that any of his millions of followers would in any way "intimidate" these people he named.

Why not just use the methods use during the Salem Witchcraft Trials, bound them and throw them in the river, if they drown then they were innocent, but if they manage to survive then they must be guilty of witchcraft.
Haradinaj was found not guilty not once but twice at the Hague, now if you have evidence not just prejudice, then YOU should have given testimony at the Hague.
But I do agree that neither Thaci, nor Haradinaj, are the right choices to lead Kosovo, without the threat of Milosevic, but then with so many like you maybe I am wrong.

Hipocrisy at its' best. It's fine to be a criminal, as long as you are albanian. No one else has the right to murder.

Kosovo i Metohija is Serbia. The sooner that fact is accepted by albanian immigrants in the region, the reconciliation will have a chance. Just as immigrant albanians believe in their twisted minds that they have the right to commit murder in order to steal the region from Serbia, Serbs have the right to defend it with every means available.

Let the Serbs from Kosovo i Metohija return to their homes and suddenly Kosovo will be Serbian land yet again.

Oh, by the way, how come almost 300 000 albanians have left the region already in the past three or four months and another HALF a MILLION is planning to do it before May???

Let them go and bring the expelled Serbs back. And THEN tell me that Kosovo i Metohija is not Serbian land.
