NO, I am saying that THEY don't consider themselves same as other Serb nationals. They hate Serbs and only consider themselves Albanian even though they might have never been to Albania.
Stop twisting my words. Why is it that you Albanians always twist our words? Can't you debate without doing it?
(Peggy, 26 June 2014 12:17)

Peggy, they are ethnic Albanians and Serbian citizens at the same time. Their rights as Serbian citizens have nothing to do with what they consider themselves ethnically. As far as what they feel toward Serbia (i.e. Hate), I am not sure about it.I do not understand why would they have any hate if they are treated equally to other Serbian citizens, and their rights (as a minority) are respected in accordance with UN/EU regulations. I included EU since Serbia aspires to join that entity.
And please do not generalize your argument. You are talking with me (Brandon), and if I twist your words is my wrongdoing. The other Albanians have nothing to do with it.

How wierd. Albania gets an Association Agreement with the EU while at the same time is banned by the EU from using speedboats from its coast. Quoting other reports:

euractiv: EU to grant Albania 'candidate' status
http://www.euractiv.com/sections/enlargement/eu-grant-albania-candidate-status-303071

European affairs ministers in Luxembourg concluded that progress in the membership process is still conditional on further efforts. In their conclusions, they state that Albania must “intensify its anti-corruption efforts and implement its anti-corruption strategy and action plan […] reform of the public administration and the judiciary, the fight against organised crime and corruption, the protection of human rights and anti-discrimination policies including in the area of minorities and their equal treatment".

--
but Albania is a special case. Indeed, geographical stability plays an important role in Albania's membership process.

“Behind the Albania candidate status lie concerns over Kosovo and real political stakes for the entire Balkans region. The European path is creating a peaceful future for the region," he said.

Well well well. A walk in the park? Not likely. Human rights, anti-discrimination and treatement of minorites are not exactly strong points either.

Yet again another Balkan country gets the nod mostly for 'strategic reasons' rather than progress, whatever the foreign ministers claim. The rules by Brussels are meant to be bent.

WOW? This coming from Peggy? See, now you speak the truth, many Albanians from Kosova & southern Serbia have truly never been to Albania! They have lived on these lands when the first Yugoslavia was immaturely created, by the dominant world powers of the day, and you know this as fact, well at least your grandparent do, just ask them! You contradict your previous comments, which you would claim that we Albanians came over & took over Serbian lands! Why, was Serbia that weak? And us Albanians so powerful, that we just forced ourselves on-to Serbian land?
Where in the pages of history does it state, they we the aggressive Albanians took over Serbian land? It doesn't, in fact it is the Serbs which occupied Albanian-illiyrian realm, which the entire geographical area of Kosova played a big part of!!!
Thank you Peggy, its people just like you that make a difference at the end of the day!

Peggy, are you saying that you do not consider them the same as other Serb nationals? The ethnicity has nothing to do with their nationality. (Miloš Obilić, 25 June 2014 01:38)

Trust me, I've read the entire article, if you understand the article clearly? Then you will know my intent was deliberate in posting it, miloshi! You see, my intent was not to connivence you, the Serb audience, but to provide some insight to the rest of the web-surfers across the globe that may come across b92, in-Serbia, tanjug, etc! So that they may gain some insight, to understand that it was not only the majority Kosovar population in a dire & desperate situation, but that the reality is, Albanians thru-out Serb occupied lands are discriminated against, both economically & politically! Yes Albanians from Presevo seek to ease the circumstances they are subjected to by Serbia's discriminatory policies, it was the same in the case of Kosova's Albanian majority, it is the same with the case of Macedonians 47% Albanian population! You Serb radicals think the Albanian issue has been resolved, I hate to break your radical bubble, but it is only in its beginning stages! You may think it hilarious, however Serbia Has awakened a once drowsy giant! We will see who has the last laugh!
I'll be back miloshi, Count on it!
By the way, What did you think of the second link I provided?

You just gave the number one reason for all problems in the Balkans and why true peace is a pipedream similar to the middle east.
No matter if it is Serbia, Croatia, Kosovo, B&H it is like oil and vinegar. No matter how much you shake it and try to blend it together it separates and it will always be "oil" and "vinegar" and the longer it is not manipulate by outside sources it is separate entities with a very definite line of division.

@ Rocco,

I've checked the article, and what do i read somewhat further down?

quote: "However, no one should come to Sweden with the intention of solving his or her economic problems in my country, because Sweden cannot accept so many people," the ambassador said.

According to him, the majority of the asylum seekers are Roma and ethnic Albanians from Bujanovac and Presevo, two municipalities in southern Serbia bordering Kosovo and Macedonia.

"My country is touched by the bad economic situation in southern Serbia, and therefore it will continue to assist the region," he said."

@truth (aka not so much at times).
ww1 was started by austro-hugarian empire with german support. they issued an ultimatum to serbia, which was rejected and so ah&g needed to show they weren't pushovers and actually started the war.
what you're refering to, when you so incorrectly assign as the start of the war, is the assisination of arch duke franz ferdinand: that was the catlyst, but not a declaration of war. AH&G had a chance to not start war, they chose not to.
however, if you consider that mr princip was actually bosnian by birth and nationality, and not serbia it is not fair to lay blame on serbia specifically, unless of course you're willing to do the same in all cases and thank a serbian for your current ability to talk to people on the other side of the worl, or to turn a light on in your hovel.
what is it, princip is serbian and you're thanking a serb for illuminating your world, or he's bosnian and you don't have to thank a serb for anything: you can thank an american of croatian birth and serbian decent.

"the truth" that's a rather controversial statement you made regarding who started WW1 . I think you'll find that the common consensus amongst reputable historians is that the Austro-Hungarians were already plotting to annex Serbia way before the assassination in Sarajevo. Gavrilo Princip is to be celebrated and not vilified. He was a freedom fighter who by his actions helped in a small way to remove the empirical yolk from around all the ethnic groups in Bosnia. I think you are very far from "the truth"

Candidate status is intended to motivate albanians to give up crime and to fight corruption. Albania has and still is the black hole of Europe. According to western media one of many reasons Albania is given candidate status is to convince Tirana to do something about the thousands of baseless asylumrequests in Eu countries.

I'll be back miloshi, Count on it!

euractiv: EU to grant Albania 'candidate' status
http://www.euractiv.com/sections/enlargement/eu-grant-albania-candidate-status-303071

Its amazing, how a so called European country with a much shorter European history, and which until yesterday was the perpetrator of some of the worst atrocities against other European nations is allowed to get accession status prior to others, which have never posed a threat to anyone, and which have European roots that stretch for millennia?
The world, does work in strange ways at times!

Candidate status is intended to motivate albanians to give up crime and to fight corruption. Albania has and still is the black hole of Europe. According to western media one of many reasons Albania is given candidate status is to convince Tirana to do something about the thousands of baseless asylumrequests in Eu countries.

AH&G had a chance to not start war, they chose not to.
however, if you consider that mr princip was actually bosnian by birth and nationality, and not serbia it is not fair to lay blame on serbia specifically, unless of course you're willing to do the same in all cases and thank a serbian for your current ability to talk to people on the other side of the worl, or to turn a light on in your hovel.
what is it, princip is serbian and you're thanking a serb for illuminating your world, or he's bosnian and you don't have to thank a serb for anything: you can thank an american of croatian birth and serbian decent.

quote: "However, no one should come to Sweden with the intention of solving his or her economic problems in my country, because Sweden cannot accept so many people," the ambassador said.

They are Serbian nationals, not just passport holders. Your country has responsibility for all its citizens. Secondly, why are they living Serbia? Peggy, are you saying that you do not consider them the same as other Serb nationals? The ethnicity has nothing to do with their nationality.
