Policy of Tito? Are you kidding me? First of all, the cold war is long over and all the eastern European countries are now EU and NATO members. Second of all, Serbia is MUCH smaller and weaker than the former Yugoslavia. Therefore, since you are a ruler of a small weak country that is Serbia you have to choose one side. Clearly the western side is better because that is what Romania, Bulgaria, Czech republic, Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Macedonia chose okay? Why is it so hard to understand that you cannot choose to be friends with the East and West???
Besides, you don't really need Russia and "Belarus", look how far they are from Serbia anyway! Please drop this "loyal" attitude because it won't do your country or people any good! You want to join the EU, act like an EU country. End of story.
