PM Aleksandar Vučić says the prosecution would initiate proceedings in cases where there were criminal offenses related to failures in the flood defense effort.

PM: "Criminal failures" will be investigated. Then all the Serbian past present goverments dufeses should be in jail. They let the infrastracture go to pody the dykes ,levies water courses etc. While Serbia has been robed blind for years. Even its neighbours by the same unrepentent criminal incompetent people aka criminal Serbian Goverments as long as they get more their deserved self help share.

But there were bad guys: people have detailed many negligent and incompetent moves by the authorities. For example you had the mayor of Obrenovac who was warned "hours and hours" before the floods hit yet chose not to pass the information to the people.
