I would say: 'a court for KLA is long overdue' - but it's pointless to have it in Kosovo, a 'state' where the very same groups and persons, now converted into politicians, are still in power.

It's as pointless as an US court sending the NSA boss to prison.

Jeremic attempted to present your sentiments to the world, but got egg on his face when country after country stepped up to sing the praises of the ICTY. It made Serbia look like a country of guilty people unhappy they had been brought to justice.

Apparently you have become one of the people who are just going to complain no matter what. The system to "be" set up will have offices and courts in Kosovo and offices and court outside of Kosovo to tackle those cases most sensitive and subject to influence or intimidation of witness's.
These are to be run by internationals, with international prosecutors, and international judges, using Kosovo law.

Now if you can think of a more unbiased set up, please thrill us with your fantasy.
Needless to say should they use the Serbian courts then they could use your own method of instilling justice, Name, ethnicity, ===GUILTY, next case.

First do you have evidence that any of that happened because of his release or are playing the "Albanian is guilty" game.
Second, I am saying this is an international court run by internationals, using Kosovo law. There is not any Albanian, judges, prosecutors, police, investigators involved. But you insist on bringing them in, inorder to play the corruption card. I have not advocated that they should be involved, so Kosovo justice is not the issue.
My question to you was if you have a better unbiased plan in mind enlighten us with it.
to me the optimal thing would be to extend the ICTY mandate to continue to investigate ALL unsolved war crimes, but Serbs do not like that idea, they want ANOTHER UN appointed court which in most probability just switch the majority of players over as the ICTY mandate ends.
I just say if you do not agree with the current plan give a feasible replacement.

I would really love to see Serbia's politicians do as much as Kosovo's politicians have done, give power to unpartial EU institutions to police, prosecute and judge people. Have a EULEX in Belgrade that has the power to arrest a Serbian minister. How would somebody who allowed that score politically in Serbia? So, it is not going to happen, is it? We have to live with Vucic, who, when he is asked about the crimes in Kosovo, replies with the Bytyci brothers case, as if that was the only thing that happened. So, which system is more biased? :)
