Clearly someone higher up wants him out the picture. Whether its coming from Pristina, Belgrade, or EULEX is unknown but even for Kosovo where the rule of law is, at best, random and subjective, indefinite retention without due process is unusual for places not named Guantanamo.
Might as well add Washington to that list of possibilities too...

Really, how many months last year was the Delta Holding (a DS supporter) held on corruption charges without bail then he was granted it in exchange of 12 million euros bail. Still no trial and guess what support for DS in the elections was nil---see a connection. And you did not have to travel across the border to Kosovo for such EU justice!

Nobody would dare hold somebody for so long without evidence in an EU member state. Everything is possible in Fantasy Kosovo though.
We see Ashton coming to Belgrade to peeddle the EU dream, but the reality, as we see with Ivanovic, is "Do what we say, not as we do".
It's the famous 'EU Rule of Law', that doesn't apply.
