Svoboda are a minority party in the Ukranian Parliament and it is a nationalist movement, a bit like the Serbian Radical Party; of course like with a lot of political parties there is interal factions of which one is Neo-Nazi.

The Neo-Nazi movement in Ukraine is relatively small, unlike in Russia which has the largest Neo-Nazi movement in the world. Over half of the world's Neo-Nazis are Russian.

I'm not opposed to Crimea's seperation (in theory), or at least the Russian majority areas of Crimea. I believe in self-determination. But Crimea's seperation wasn't a true will of the people, it was orchestrated by a puppet government who organised a sham election and this was all enforced by the Russian military. If the Majority of Crimea wants to be apart of Russia, then I cannot object to that. But if certain regions of Russia want to leave, then I cannot object to that either.

Putin has opened Pandora's Box with Crimea!

The Crimea Precedent!

LOL!

You’re right he is a lost man though a very rich one. Yet he brought nothing new to his country’s life. Nothing at all. But he is a formal head of Ukraine and it would be stupid to miss the chance. God knows what Putin is intending to do but he will use this card in his sleeve. Russia is to give chance to every region ready to follow Crimea. As far as I know armed groups are already formed in Lagansk and Donetsk regions. But as you know predicting things in Ukraine is a useless job. Something tells me they will eat each other before the Presidential.

Yet I still believe Ukraine is an artificial state composed of 3 different parts. But yesterday I watched the crowd singing “Chervona Rutu ne shukai vechorami ti u mene edina tilki ti …” and it was very sentimental. Most of them do not want to be Russians any longer and one have to respect it. People like Yanukovich , Ushenko , Timoshenko , Ahmetov , Kolomoiski Yarosh and Bilyi destroyed their life and common people were stupid enough to be part of this process. During mobilization some 100 000 young men flew to Russia and only 3000 came to the draft points.

"gullible spaz" ? That's so lame lol. Is that how people in the UK talk? If so, remind me to never visit.

Yanukovych refused to sign a trade pact with the EU which resulted in riots organized by the Svoboda neo-Nazi movements calling for his forceful removal. The MP's who voted him out (although it's not even clear this vote was done in accordance with the constitutional framework of Ukraine) because of his dealings with the rioters. It's not as if plans for a violent coup only started after this supposed fair vote.

This would be like Ted Cruz and the Tea Party storming the White House to remove Obama for signing an abortion or gay marriage bill. Yanukovych was elected in 2010 and by all accounts it was a fair election. And if Ukrainians do not wish to be governed by anti-democratic fascists then they should separate.

But I guess the real question is due to your overt support for KLA terrorists and organ extractors in Kosovo i Metohija, why are you not in favor of Crimea's separation? Don't you believe in self-determination? No, only when Serbia is in question. Because you are a proud Serbophobe. Why you choose to spend your time on a Serbian site is beyond me. Probably some sick complex that you need a degree in psychology to understand.

“As the president whose thoughts and heart are together with you, I call on each reasonable citizen of Ukraine - don’t let the impostors use you!"

Thoughts and heart together with the Ukrainian people, eh? I wonder where they were when he was robbing his country of everything and anything and leaving a corrupt, debt-ridden, dirt-poor, degenerating and desperate country full of furious people. Lying and thieving son-of-a-bitch. Nothing more. "Thoughts and heart", hahahahahaha, what a joke!

When I talk to my Ukrainian acquaintances and hear things how great the Polish roads are, how efficient our health-care system is, how well are annual taxation procedures work, how much purchasing power they have (to think - they 1) earn 3 times more, 2) things are cheaper in Poland and 3) they can still maintain a family back home) how smoothly bureaucratic procedures flow and how perfect our public transportation systems are in Poland, it makes me shudder what an absolute s***hole Ukraine is!

If your "thoughts and heart" were with the Ukrainian people, you would empty out your bank accounts back into the state treasury, sell your assets and give the money back to the country and go open a LEGAL business and start over without stealing peoples' hard earned tax money to get rich fast!

Like it or not, as corrupt as this man is, he is still the rightful and democratically elected President of Ukraine. All regions which do not recognize the armed takeover of the central government in Kiev should organize referendums to break from being governed by fascists and neo-Nazis.
(Ari Gold, 28 March 2014 11:26)

LOL! You're such a gullible spaz, you've successfully absorbed the BS propaganda of the Russian media.

Viktor Yanukovych isn't the "rightful and democratically elected President of Ukraine" because he was constitutionally, legitimately and democratically impeached by an overwhelming majority of Ukrainian MPs, this was even backed by members of his own United Regions Party.

You do realise that Batkivshchyna are centre-right conservatives and UDAR are Liberals, they're are the two main parties in the Interim Government and they were the two main parties behind Euromaiden. So much for being governed by "fascists and neo-Nazis" LOL!
