The influence of America is really shown here. Would the fact that the equivalent of the secret service of any other European or Asian country being found drunk be a news article in Serbia???

Let me guess, he had two pints of Heineken or Grolsch which got him drunk? He'd probably never had a real lager before.
Everyone knows Americans can't drink. Is it any wonder they can't hold their booze, when they drink abominations such as Coors, Budweiser (the Yanky lager, not the Czech one) and that crappy 'Light Beer'?
Yanks are pathetic!

Yes, smoking that dutch beer bong, as his colleagues told it was, may have been a mistake. However ending up feet from your hotel room, curled up on the carpet with a pink teddy and a smile having a quick nap is better than the gutter after pissing yourself and puking on drink. You notice the single quote marks .. agent 'found drunk'

Hmmm, drunk in the Netherlands huh? More likely, stoned after visiting some coffee shops.
