We know that for years the Czech President Vaclav Klaus said that he will Never sign the European Union Lisbon Treaty into Law.

However, we also know that History tells us that the Czech President did sign the European Union Lisbon Treaty into Law.

Serbia gave a lot, Pristina gave a little, and NO ONE has veto power over the other, however, to get into the EU Serbia WILL have to have a consensual agreement with Pristina.

For this reason, the accession negotiations and all the required reforms should be seen as a process of modernization of Serbia, and the first to accept the conditions that enhance Serbia and contribute to its better organization and economic development, and at the end when the entry is already certain, to implement the requirements, some of the most difficult issues which includes agriculture.
