The only right ethnic minority Albanians have in Serbia is to accept they live in Serbia and follow the law like all it's citizens. Simple!

Albanians, through peaceful dialog, are fighting for their rights within the laws of Serbia. How does that mean they are causing problems? Either they are Serbian citizens or not. If they are, give them their rights as described in Serbian Constitution, including the minority rights. If you don't consider them citizens, then let them know what you do consider them and let's take it from there.... .

"If Serbia keeps the oppression ongoing, the next step is secession just like Kosova. (Kosova-USA, 29 November 2013 14:15)"

Belgrade regime just playing the same old tired games - trying to set up as many Republika Srpska's as possible (and failing) while continuing a policy of oppression ag. ethnic minorities (stuck) inside Serbia - not to mention sexual minorities. sickening.

meanwhile, about the albanian minority, the west is silent, which tells mini-milosevic and company that they can get away with it.

wake up, EU!! Grow a conscience.

"Local Albanians boycotted the 2011 census"

Of course they did. Albanians are a minority but since there was no census done they can claim they are a majority.

@Ratko

We will keep trying until we get it done. We are resilient, we will not quit until we get basic human rights. If Serbia fails to meet EU requirements, EU membership may not be on Serbia's plate until minority rights are resolved.

Everyone must respect the laws of the country in which he lives. What do they expect now when they did not answer the census of population?
