The EU set up a special fund for the development of Serb municipalities in Kosovo, the first tranche amounting to EUR 15mn, the European Commission (EC) said.

As soon as the EC so much trouble over northern Kosovo to "normalization of relations between Serbia and Kosovo" - there are some things which I don't understand ... EC nothing to offer, that it does not charge at too high a cost.

BTW, this european captial suffers from the strong smell of urine in several of its underground and train stations (Gare Central, Bourse (in the city center) etc. They don't give a p*ss, and only sometimes do take the p*ss!
