I hope the 4th November we will not be sorry that Serbs did not vote and they missed the opportunity to create a "community of Serbian municipalities." Because history does not forgive a missed opportunity.
Local elections certainly can fail. You can bet Washington and Brussels will engage in Orwellian doublespeak however poor and corrupt (dead people voting, IDPs denied registration, ballot stuffing etc.) so that the result is in to a success. It will be laughable and obvious to everyone what a joke it is but the big wigs will insist with a straight face that it is fully kosher.
