He did nothing except express his hatred for albanians and croats. Noone hates croats and albanians more than I do, thats my opinion and Im entitled to it and thats no reason for me to get jailed is it?How would you like to spend 10 years of your miserable Life in prison without being convicted? Its against every aspect of the term justice.

Yeah, that's all he did, peddle that all you want it will never sell.
The thing is 95% of the reason his trial has taken this long has been his stunts so don't even attempt to go down the road of justice.
My life is not so miserable, but then again I never was on the receiving end of Serb aggression or suppression. I was part of the team that help end it.

It really does not matter if he was convicted 5 years ago or 20 years from now as long as he is in prison.

It really does not matter if he was convicted 5 years ago or 20 years from now as long as he is in prison. However, the reason he has tried to delay this trial as long as possible is pure and simple. He knows his guilt and that there is enough evidence that he will never be a free man but by delaying the trial he is also delaying the day he has to check out of the Hague Hilton and into a real prison.

An Albanians concept of jurisprudence. Just stay right where you are, closer to Turkey than civilized Europe.

I had to read this post several times to try and determine if it was a serious post or not. Not a big supporter of AI personally, but they would lose any and all credibility if they started defending the rights of someone who is responsible for the slaughter of thousands.

Danilo: The same thought occurred to me. I can only assume that if a judge is in favour of more convictions being upheld he must therefore be anti Serb in light of the fact that more of this group has been indicted and convicted by the court than any other. It's a rather circular argument but the fact remains that Seselj is still in detention and very unlikely to see the light of day before he is a very old man, if at all. He seems quite happy to drag out his own trial for the fun of embarrassing the court; something that seems remarkably easy to achieve. I would suggest that this is reflective of Seselj's heightened intelligence rather than his innocence!

Why don't they just let the man go. He's been running rings around them for ten years aren't they fed up yet, and apart from anything else he's innocent. If he'd been an American or Englishman held for 10years you'd have never heard the last of it from Amnesty International. The silence from those hypocrites is deafening.

Nothing but politiking. He was removed simply so that when Seselj is undoubtedly convicted for something after 10 years in jail, the ICTY will be able to claim that it is impartial rather than the hopeless corrupt kangaroo court designed to hang the serbs publicly for being guilty for 90% of what happened. Slovenian war lies and crimes and erased, no problem. Tudjman, holocaust denier, reborn Ustasa believer who believed a good serb is a dead serb. Izetbegovic, self-appointed moslem leader of the balkans who wanted Bosnia as the sole preserve of his version of islam to the detriment of anyone else. Thaci and co. with full immunity backed by the West because of the beans he could spill that would implicated the West in crimes against humanity.

Noddy and Big Ears would be proud of this court. All they would need is free cash from Brussels to set one up in Toy Town.

So for years Seselj has spoken about political interference in Hague trials and now he got rid of a guy who stood up to them?

I'd rather have more judges that would send the likes of Gotovina et al to prison than those who are open to pressure from senior judges...

Still, nobody really cares about any of this anymore do they?
