EULEX: No secret indictments against Kosovo Serbs

There are no secret indictments against Serbs in the Kosovo courts, because there is no legal basis for something like this, said EULEX head Bernd Borchardt.

Nobody should be discouraged, in this or any of the other cases, committed against either side. It's not uncommon to come across articles in our newspapers here in the States about cases that have been solved after decades, when a new witness shows up or a new scientific technique becomes available. (Some TV station in Belgrade should arrange to show the multi-year series "Cold Case" - it's fiction, but police departments do reinvestigate unsolved cases, usually when somebody provides a reason for doing so. Unsolved murder cases are never completely closed, there's no statute of limitations on murder.
