Police director: Motive for shooting spree unknown
Police Director Milorad Veljović has said that the motive for <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/crimes-article.php?yyyy=2013&mm=04&dd=09&nav_id=85598" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the murder of 13 people in a Serbian village early on Monday</a> remains unknown.
PTSD is a real problem for veterans. In the US, if one is a mental health practitioner, the Veteran's Administration is the place to get a job now. We have so many people suffering PTSD that it's amazing. I'm surpised there isn't more such violence in the Balkans than this incident.

Just imagine how many lives were destroyed. One of the dead is a two year old. How tragic.
If there is a god then he/she left Serbia a long time ago. May the victims rest in peace.
