I wonder how many of those 'refugees' committed crimes during the war, be it stealing, murders, rape, torture, expolsion of their neighbours etc or have a family member who has committed crimes. Look at Eastern Slavonia where no Serb refugee problem exists because they were granted amnesty as part of the peaceful reintegration of the area in 1997. However, Serbs from other parts of the so called 'Krajina' were not offered the same amnesty thus they choose not to return for fear of prosecution.
