Government adopts bill on South Stream

The Serbian government has adopted a bill on South Stream - the Russia-led international natural gas pipeline, a branch of which will be built in Serbia.

Is this pipeline through Serbia going to be above or below ground?Is it going to be easy for Serbia to provide gas to Serb areas in Montenegro and Bosnia?this is a great deal for Serbia but a stupid miscalculation by Ukraine and Belarus which were too greedy and forced Russia to unnecessarily spend billions of dollars on constructing new pipelines with different complicated routes.
