Charges dropped against Serbs arrested on Christmas Day
A Priština court judge has discontinued the proceedings against the ten <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2013&mm=01&dd=07&nav_id=84039" class="text-link" target= "_blank">Serbs arrested</a> during an Orthodox Christmas celebration in Gračanica.

Hold on, why is this an issue? in the west you can be taken in for questioning for suspicious behavior and then released without charge. the only real issue here would be, if the interrogated were abused physically or verbally. if such a thing has taken place, then I expect the victims to sue the Kosovar Police for all they have, who let us not forget, are trained by the EU

Not KPS, but the KPS 'ancestor', KLA (where many of those 'KPS policemen' were recruited from), tortured and killed not only Serbs, but also Albanians who they considered 'traitors' in their prison camps.
What? Dropped? How is this possible? Didn't KPS took pictures of these criminals which confirm clearly that they violated Kosovo laws by 'looking suspicious'?
