He defended his own people from Serbian aggressors. Croatians had to do it Bosnians did, so did the Albanians. There is nothing wrong protecting your own people from brutal barbaric aggressors. This man should be celebrated all over the world. He is the primary example of what it actually means to fight for your freedom. Just like Gotovina did and Naser Oric did as well. Haradinaj will go down in history as a freedom fighter, while Mladic and Karadzic along with Milosevic will go down as worlds nastiest subhuman dictators.

oh well. this is the kind of people we deserve here in the Balkans. Serbs elect a former grave digger for president, we elected a former bouncer for prime minister once. Now we have somebody else, Thaci. As long as Serbia will keep choosing (diplomatic) war and continuing its aggressive policies towards Kosovo, we will elect those that have warrior reputation.

However you try to paint it, the decision speaks for itself.

adrian, albanians wrote the book on crime, they have nothing to learn from others. This criminal should be behind bars, the world knows it, yet Albanians celebrate him, simply because he murdered Serbs.

Tendecious article.....KLA was not a charitable organisation....As a non charitable organisation there is a massive difference between killing "Serbia policemen. ...in Kosovo" and civilins......What would Serbia say....about the killing of KLA fighters during the Kosovo war....? What about Albanian families that do not know where the bodies of they loved ones are. ....?

How about writing an article about the "good" guy that went from an undertaker to being president.

Face the truth - Belgrade, aided by Carla del Ponte, tried to frame a good man, to balance the ethnic books, and get Karadzic and Mladic before the ICTY. It wasn't justice. It was an eight year travesty.

He is nothing but a terrorist and a murderer, even CIA stated that the KLA was a terrorist organisation. He was only aquitted because he murdered 18 whitnesses, a coward that slaughtered and raped innocent civilians. He let 4 of his soldiers rape and behead a 75 years old serb woman and just looked at them and laughed. He is the face of pure evil and will burn in hell for what he did to serbs AND albanians that didnt agree with the kla. Mladic and Karadzic are real heroes that saved their people from muslim barbarians and gave them their own territory. There is a big difference from these people u mention and Haradinaj, he was a bouncer, a criminal with no education, cant even read or write just liek 99%of the albanians whilst Karadzic was a highly ranked politician, Mladic a general and Milosevic president. And pls dont talk about bosnians and croats, they hated you as much as serbs did before the war, you were disciminated by all in former yugoslavia because ur dirty rats and criminals.
