Hague judge says justice has not been served

A yank a turk and a jamaican, it all makes sense now, I know one court of justice those two bastards won't escape and neither will the a***holes who aquitted them. Two murderers released and dirty politics are the factor in this.

To all true Serbian people on this planet, this is not over and we shall have our revenge against all our enimies. We have been here before and our day will come, when the time is right our enemies will be sorry that they ever harmed a single Serbian man woman or child.

Even we who support the concept of The Hague tribunal have to now ask if this court is fit for purpose.

Politicians should now review the funding and principles that drive this court.

I call on MPs from countries which have a high standard judiciary, particularly in France and the UK, to insist on governmental investigation of the processes and fairness of the international court.

Without the highest standards, an international court is worse than useless. It is now being seen as a political tool rather than an instrument of justice.

This court was made up for the sole purpose of writing history the way the west and its allies on the balkans want it to be written to justify their crimes and scapegoating their opponents. Their constant oversimplifying of the causes of this conflict into a good vs bad struggle portraying Serbia as the bad side makes me sick as as history student and as a human being. Serbia and its people deserve better you have history and truth on your side and though the future might look bleak now i hope that you can pull together and get out of this stronger like you did in the past when times of hardship came over you. I wish i could do more but maybe you can get a bit of strength out of my promise to always keep debating the disgusting propaganda and that not everybody in the west believes the lies that are being spread. You´ve got at least one Dutch fiend.

You are slow. It was there all along that this was a biased political court - a weapon against the Serbs with only a token veneer to look like it really cared about real crimes committed by non-Serbs.
There's also the mysterious deaths of imprisoned Serbs, and even the case where Dutch autopsy results point to murder - or at least definitely not happening as the official claim - in Milan Babic's case. They said nowhere in all of medical history where the marks on the neck of a person who died by hanging NARROWER than the object used for the hanging. The marks on his neck were much narrower - pointing to him being strangled or hung with something thinner than his belt, which was the ICTY staff claims.

The court was conceived and the idea of people like Madeleine Albright who is very prejudiced against all Serbs. Just recently she spit out at some Czech activists (who had posters of NATO and KLA crimes against Serbs) that they were "Disgusting Serbs!". And they weren't even ethnic Serbs but she went in full hissing cat mode than anyone should care about crimes committed upon Serb civilians.

You would think so. It would unify everyone else but Serbs are a different breed from the rest. They will continue to try to do the right thing and fulfull all obligations and jump through all the hoops in order for someone to say how they are trying to do the right thing.
There are too many enemies within Serbia destroying Serbia. The NGOs are full of people who want to see Serbia destroyed.

Nowhere else would such treason be tolerated. Serbia is the ONLY country there which is full of Croatians, Albanians, Bosniaks and God knows who else, all Serb haters. You won't find this many "minorities" in Croatia or Slovenia (the modern, tolerant people).

Serbian pliticians are only interested in how much they can get for themselves while they are in government.
They are still pushing to EU even though majority of Serbs don't want it.
They are still saying tehy will fulfil all the obligations put in front of them. Need I go on?

Not really, the Serbian history is full of denial and is of the same kind as 'Turkish history' that doesn't accept responsibility for the Armenian genocide. As long as Mladic and people who are responsible for the slaughter for 1000s of people are considered as 'heroes', truth can never be revealed in Serbia.

Nevertheless, this judge is right, justice has not been served by acquitting high ranking generals who were on top of the command chain, and thus being responsible for crimes committed.

These are interesting statements for a court that was set up by Russia, China & co with judges elected by Russia, China & co. We’ve been told over and over again that Russia and China are Serbia’s strongest allies but, according to the statements above, Russia and China are creators of weapons against the Serbs and Russia and China are trying to justify the crimes of West and its allies.

Also and for curiosity's sake are you going to advise your compatriots or decree that they should seek 'revenge' on Serbs who you may brand or deem as traitors to your compatriots?

Not really, the Serbian history is full of denial and is of the same kind as 'Turkish history' that doesn't accept responsibility for the Armenian genocide.
