It is not fair to take in consideration the opinion of 100thousand serbs and ignore those of 2 mln albanians. Just saying..

I think that has been the plan all along, Serbia will join the EU with or at the same time as Kosovo, just not as a single entity. For those of you who believe him, the one question you have to ask yourself, why has Serbia NOT included Kosovo in any of its talks with the EU to date?

That is highly unlikely. Corruption in Kosovo/a is much higher. Reforms are not at the same level in both countries. The EU sees Kosovo/a as a separate nation. The PM has said he prefers partition ibar north to remain with Serbia.

If this guy is talking about the north then he can assume that, but it's been clearly stated that there will be no partition even by the 5 members who don't recognize Kosovo/a.

The two entities are at two different levels in the EU process. Serbia has an advantage while Kosovo/a is at a disadvantage. So saying they will join at the same time is utterly untrue.

It's ironic how nationalist Serbs want Kosovo/a but not the people. If its one entity then why the discrimination towards the minority group of Albanians bc based on the constitution currently in place which never went through a debate but was pushed haistingly all inhabitants of Kosovo/a are Serb citizens. Yet each Serb lashes out with belittling the ethnic Albanians as criminals and thieves, yet you never focus on the proportional crimes committed in Serbia proper. There are many more criminals in Serbia proper and statistically can be proven. Criminals have no ethnicity and should be eradicated by all.

Is this a fight for the people or a fight of criminals to see who's better. And both sides give criminals a voice greater than an honest person on either side. The people need to be their own advocates and stand up for their rights & hold politicians accountable. Peace to all!

Personally I don't think Serbia will ever join the EU but just consider this for a second.

If Serbia slows down its EU accession by a few "decades", giving enough time for Pristina to be ready, then both could join at the same time. Serbia would just say we are entering with KiM while "Kosova"* will say we are joining as an "independent" mafia state.

In that scenario, the customs issue would be solved as the EU is one customs zone. The border issue would be solved via Schengen and the other issues would be solved through negotiations prior to membership. No recognition necessary (like Ireland/Northern Ireland).

Hey, we could even hold hands as the Titanic sinks and die together, though I think the Titanic will be long gone before such a scenario would see the light.

There are not 2 million Albanians in Kosovo i Metohija. That is another myth. There are not even 2 million people in total in Kosovo i Metohija. The more accurate number is about 1.7 million with about 1.3-1.4 million of that being Albanians.

And unlike Bosnia which is completely divided, the Albanians in Kosovo i Metohija are just a small region at the southernmost point of Serbia with separatist ambitions. Nothing more nothing less.

You had talked about Halley's Comet which however won't be near Earth till 2061 according to some onine articles. And you never did answer my question in that thread about how Halley's Comet is relevant to 2022.

As for this thread, so you now decided to bring the EU's possible demise forward to 2029? And not because of financial reasons but because of that heavenly body? Which was why I asked you what happened to 2061. Well?
