Let's assume it is so, and then what ?! Not sure what your point was...

International Law aka UN Law. Serbia doesn't have the legal authority to hold elections in Kosovo per UNSCR 1244.

International laws were broken left and right in order to form this false state named Kosovo. Seems like a whole lotta hypocracy to me. This will be the spark that starts the war. There is only so much S**t that can fall on your head. The albanians are the clear aggressors in all of this. They should never even mention international law, considering they break all of them daily

Please provide exactly where in UNSCR 1244 it explicitly prohibits that. A direct quote will suffice.

Whose law is it? Has this law been accepted with Kosovo Serbs' concern?

LOL careful there Rexhi, Hash has recently stated he's be ok with the whole thing if OSCE organized the elections and carried the marked ballots back to Belgrade for official counting. Try not to be so blood anti-democratic. You're trying to convince the civilized world you guys are a tolerant society :)

Dragan,
....you have my word...and I have been proved right here so far!
Local Serbs are fully aware of they CAN NOT do....
The only problem/concern I might have if people do not know what what they are doing....according to English law it is called actus rea and mens rea (latin)...in other words "guilty mind".
I do not think that will be an excuse for local Serbs whom "did not know".

Just try it, show the world what albanians think of democratic elections. Go ahead, make my day.
Cheers!!
