The good news is that the whip had of democracy - the voice of the people - has allowed freedom of choice in a way that self-serving dictators have not. This is not about being anti-NATO, it is about countries not being owned by 'presidents' who in my view are not mentally fit enough to even run a mafia.

I think the US understands democracy in terms of how many Walmarts and Mcdonalds are opened in Libya and Whether ExxonMobil and Chevron corporation are running its oilfields. As the US Libyan Ambassador Gene A. Cretz said recently, ''We know that oil is the jewel in the crown of Libyan natural resources''.So much for Libyan democracy.

This is one of the most naïve statements I have read in a long time. Pure CNN/Fox – freedom of the people, democracy and so on.
If the US was so concerned about this myth of democracy then why has it not bombed Saudi Arabia or perhaps intervened in Bahrain? It has the sixth fleet in Bahrain.
Now let’s look at dictators; the US has had a long and prosperous history of not only dealing with but putting in dictators. Who do you think brought to power the Bath Party in Iraq with Saddam Hussein as the leader; who do you think put Assad of Syria in power in the 1970s?
Then we look at South America – Noriega, Pinochet and the list can go on and on.
One small suggestion, if you don’t know what to say it’s best to keep quiet because prosecuting your case using freedom and democracy is rather lame.
Let’s look at what is occurring now in Libya – there is a group of people in power that are barely holding together and there is even greater concern that there might be further fighting amongst them. The head of the military and the officers close to this man are all Al Quaida. Imagine this – the US bombs Gaddafi and helps to replace him with Islamic fundamentalists.

There are lots of posters who have a chip on their shoulders because the US bombed them.

Not surprising really.

However, Syria is next on the list if the idiot in charge there does not stop killing his own people.

Bahrain can get sorted out too.

Gaddafi joins a list of idiots like Ceausescu, Milosevic and Idi Amin.

This woman is terrible.I would even feel sorry for her husband if I did not know who that guy is.Two monsters deserving each other.Bony and Clyde of 21st century robbing entire nations.

The fact that she stayed with a guy who slept with hundreds of other women (none of them attractive), says lots about her character. She has none.

“The death of Colonel Gaddafi has brought to a close a very unfortunate chapter in Libya's history. But it also marks the start of a new era for the Libyan people,” Clinton stressed.

Clinton added that the U.S. was determined to support Libyan people on their road to democracy.

This woman when opens her mouth is full of s....She confuses democracy with oil and Libya's sovereign fund which is under the control of Goldman Sacks. The only thing liberated Hillary is oil.

Gaddafi madam Hillary was killed by dictators Obama,Cameron and Sarkozi. These dictators are using their military arsenals to force leaders of countries out irrespective of what anyone thinks.Libyans did not ask for their countries to be bombed and David Cameron went to the parliament, lied to the British that Gaddafi was never a target yet hunted him until they killed him.

Cameron,Sarkozi et al bombed the hell out of that country, killed thousands of black people and the BBC,CNN were totally silent. Will we ever know exactly how many civilians were killed in Sirte? In Tripoli?
Will we ever know exactly how many civilians were killed in Libya? I doubt it.

It was pretty hilarious to listen to those clowns Obama,Sarkozi and Cameron talking to their propaganda outlets about freedom and democracy in Libya.Saudi and Barhain can't be touched because they are subtly slaves and colonies of the West.Hundreds of doctors in Bahrain were given long jail terms for treating wounded demonstrators yet not a word from any Western leader.

Before the bombing started in Libya I made it clear that I was no fan of Gaddafi and his Green book but I respected for what he did in Africa, the way he managed Libyan resources to the benefit of Libyans. Sadly, we are watching Libya plunging into war while western power are happy to use Libyan resources for their own benefit.

Shame on the Western crusaders and shame on Russia and China who made those crusades possible.

Yes "the beginning of a new era"... an era which will commence in months where the libyan people begin to butcher eachother even more. To suggest that the opposition are one united force is completely wrong, it wont be long until they begin to argue amongst themselves and multiple sides will begin to slaughter eachother, and the next step? NATO "peacekeepers" who will stay there for years. Hillary Clinton is as screwed up and twisted as her mental husband, I hope they both get what they deserve.

What marked the beginning of an era of Western Colonialism was the Illegal and Immoral NATO War of aggression to steal Libya’s Resources.

It might just be, and it truly should be that this will mark the beginning of a new Level of Disgust against America and its NATO War Criminal Puppets.

Clinton also said "we came, we saw, and we killed him". Which tells a lot of her lack of respect of international law. She talks about democracy but that does not say anything about the political system of government. Democracy is just a code word for her, meaning Libya will become the next american colony. Nothing to celebrate really. I feel deeply sorry for the people of Libya.
