He invaded Serbia just after the Kosovo Polje victory and reversed it to become a long-term defeat for merely humanitarian reasons. Before his invasion the famous battle was celebrated as a victory - but wouldn't be Sigismund, we would not have the Kosovo-legend today and the Serbian literature would be much poorer.

But we do not claim, Germany (as a state) to be our "friend". But some Serbs make me wonder about the meaning of the word "amnesia" and "Бранковић".

Well, you need to ask Serbs for that. They voted for the government that is asking to join the EU. Of course, for Albanians in Kosovo, it would be great if Serbia decides not to join the EU so that eliminates the risk of Serbia becoming an EU member before Kosovo and causing trouble.
But then Tadic and co got in to power illegally and by a very slim majority with heavy interference by certain EU states in the election process.

Slim or not, it is still a majority. That’s how democracy works. Decisions are taken by majority. That being said, that was not good for Kosovo. Kosovo needed people like Jeremic or Kostunica to rule Serbia to be even more successful in the recognition process.
They've paid for it and they expect their quislings to deliver. Anyone in Belgrade with balls would say 'Pick Belgrade or Pristina'. But there are no balls to be found because they give away every single advantage because they still believe the 'promises' made by their western friends. All is still far from lost but Belgrade's strategy and tactics have to change.

and Germany after withdrawing from the atomic-energy-field, will sooner or later have to re-think several international positions in the future.
so, there is nothing she can do put pressure on Serbia and on the other side, there is no reason for the current serbian regime to fall on their knees before her.
Mr.Tadic should not make the mistake to display himself too obedient towards that EU-representant.
time works for Serbia, and Tadic and his comrade should be aware of that.
