In the last 3 months there has been requested by the EU, EULEX, etc to provide evidence but without any success. Most probably because there are none.

Wheres the evidence to support Gaddaf involved in war crimes in Libya? Last time I checked, when his son was killed by NATO bombing recently, it was at a civilian location, a house, I thought these targets were off limits?

Also, a side-unit has been investigating the Racak incident (outside Stimlje) in 1999 and has come up with very interresting stuff. I do not know so much about it yet though. OK, then we should expect no veto from your mafia bosses in the Security Council on Thursday. The investigation should proceed with both Russian and Chinese participation. there are over 350 missing innocent civilians & vicitims (of whom it has never been denied by Kalbanian mafiocracy and clearly blind eye at least or complete complicity of ALBANIAN government & NATO) that eneded up in a foreign country (ALBANIA) in an apparent "prisoner of war" camp (i.e.torture camp) who never returned alive - that is FACT!

That in itself is a WAR CRIME irrespective of the exact horrendous and evil things the Albanians have done to these civilians now pressumed killed (onus is thus on KAlbanians & Albanian govt/NATO to show otherwise). This WAR CRIME must be fully & independently investigated i.e. perpertrators and conspirators must be brought to justice.
