Pacolli resigns as Kosovo president

I'm guessing that he saw all of the work ahead of him and saw how many problems and criminal activity there is in Kosovo. Why would a billionaire lower himself to that level and risk credibility? He's better off with his business and living comfortably without thugs and thievery all around him.

Apparently "Mike" is a popular name around here. While I can't say I disagree with the other Mike's comments below mine, I just want to say that the comment isn't mine. I wouldn't want to take credit or blame for someone else's input.

No he didn't he resigned as his Presidential Election was ruled illegal by the Constitutional Court in Kosovo because they opposition ran away making the vote invalid. If he resigned for the reasons you stated, why would he be re-running for the Presidential election? Derr! 2+2=5???

Believe me he is not angel. It happened that I know somebody who worked for him in former USSR and Russia later.

However, he never killed anyone and he is smart guy, not in the same league as other Kosovo politicians.

B92 why don't you smear former President Behgjet Pacolli? Joker carla del Ponte also tried him for money laundering and other crimes --- proving once again that these clowns are all anti-Kosovar & anti-Albanian.
