EULEX starts preliminary investigation

EULEX with it's people working in Kosovo cannot starte to investigate. It won't take long until Thaci will publish an 'EULEX investigator list', and all investigators have to fear for their life once the witch hunt has been started.

Eulex has shown to be biased and saturated with individuals with ties to the Pristina leadership. They must not be allowed to be any part of the criminal investigations against the KLA and its leadership. It is common practice in the West to move judicial proceedings to neutral locations, in order to achieve a fair legal process. Eulex cannot even properly investigate and bring to trial individuals committing petty crimes in Kosovo, i/e., desecration of graves, rock throwers, arson, beatings, explosions, etc., how in the world could they handle alleged crimes of the magnitude the Dick Marty has presented?

Marty himself said that an ad-hoc independent newly to be formed organization should do this. I find it rather peculiar that EULex so hastily volunteers to do this investigation.

So buy time, shoot statements as:

- EULEX is not able to investigate;

- we need ad-hoc international body to investigate;

but even then

- Hague tribunal destroyed the evidences;

It is obvious his goal: create confusion, confusion and more confusion...to arrive to the pathetic "poor Serbs there shall never be a justice for them in this world". Disgusting.

EULEX is there in Kosova;
EULEX has the backing of EU;
Serbia trusts EU (wants to be part of it);
Kososva trusts EU (wants to be part of it);
Kosova is open for investigation;
EULEX wants to investigate;

STOP the rubbish and start with the WORK.

Give EULEX the evidences or say that all you have is some unreliable statements from the families of the ex-UDBA collaborators whose dears are burning in hell and where they shall burn hopefully soon.

Possibly the first move EULEX should undertake is an arrest warrant for Marty for Obstruction of justice in his refusal to release evidence of criminal activity.
While you may have press statements from Marty that EULEX is not the one who should investigate this, you have his official report submitted before PACE that EULEX is the one that should be given the mandate to investigate.

Ben, is there a heaven and hell in Islam? Just curious. As for Eulex being competent to do their own investigations regarding Marty's findings, you must be kidding? Eulex cannot get out of its own way, and have done ZERO to investigate and prosecute any Albanians for war crimes. Unless of course, you believe the KLA committed no war crimes? If you do, go back to your dreams - it's safe there.

It is not that Eulex has voluntered, but you must have missed the resolution that was voted at CoE parlament. Marty was asked if he has any objections for EULEX to do the investigation, and he was not against. Therefore , it was voted as such, but now Marty is in trouble since he has nothing to give to EULEX in order to start investigation. Lets see how this Marty saga will play out!?

Please God not Eulex, you might as well give it to the KPS.

Its a smart move - before an organised independant investigation can be organised - by that I mean an investigation without Yanks, Quint members, investigators that come from pacific islands or poor helpless african countries- and before a witness protection programme is organised, Eulex want to move in, do an investigation and say they found no evidence.

EULEX and the Albanians are too keen for a EULEX investigation. It stinks.

Come on which witness is going to trust EULEX with their lives. No chance.
