"Belgrade to be consulted on KFOR reduction"

If Kosovo is independent and the north is part of it why consult Belgrade at all? I guess we all know the aswer to that question.

What choice does the conqueror have? Since 1999 it has bitten off more than it could chew and is mired down in Iraq and Afghanistan with no escape route in sight. Not to mention its huge financial problems. Do you think this conqueror can continue its bluster and arrogance?

This is today, but on Feb 9th I warned Jason and all on this:
"Kosovo will be independent and north will be part of it. As an "insider" I can assure you that the NATO troop reduction was made only after Serb consultation and garantees of no violent protest even if Integration Plan unfolds. The Nato troop concentration specifically in the north has no other purpose but enforce the Plan."

Consulted? You mean you'll announce it then Serbian "army" will find out from the headlines...then yes, Serbia will be consulted.

Gosh, we are awfully impressed with your "insider" information. You failed to address what I stated last time: there is no way Belgrade can guarantee anything regarding Serbs in the north of Kosovo. Your so-called prediction is irrelevant.

You were right in stating "if" the plan unfolds though, since we in EULEX owe no cooperation to the ICO whatsoever.

They will consult with Serbia because they are partners and respect is given and respect will be returned. So please stop with Kosovo does not have to listen or any other horse dung you folks tend to drudge up. Kosovo is not independent for those who think it is then you are wrong it just changed masters from UN to EU. Different rules and regulations so folks stand by.
