As the Bytyqi murder trial continued in Belgrade on Monday, it was scheduled to hear testimonies from former commanders of JSO and Gendarmerie (Žandarmerija).

The only reason why there is a trial going on in Belgrade about the Bytyqi brothers, is because of their US citizenship. If these brothers were just Kosovar Albanians from Kosova, not only that there wouldn't be a trial, but to the contrary, their killers would have been afforded the highest honorary medals and accolades for their righteous deed. Thus, I do not see this trial as an example of Serbia's "change of heart".
