I agree with Prime Minister Milorad Dodik about not allowing Muslim judges to preside over cases in the Republic of Srpska(RS). Perhaps those individuals who want the RS to have Muslim judges presiding over cases are those individuals who wish the RS to be ruled someday under Sharia(Islamic) laws, which involve extreme brutality, to replace the established Western Hemisphere legal system. And Sharia laws do not permit democracy nor freedom of expression.

It is shocking how arrogant Dodik is and the Bosnian Serbs are still supporting him. On the other hand, these Dodik's chauvinistic comments let Bosnians know him better and get prepared for any scenario his erratic behavior can bring. It is funny how the Serbian people would say that Serbia is a good friend of Egypt, Iran and other Muslim countries when they don't recognise Kosovo, otherwise Muslims are just terrorists. These countries are also watching his comments and they will now recognise Kosovo even sooner. Thanks Milorad.

if the western "democracies" push too hard, they could lose Bosnia... or let´s better say the RS.

then, no NATO or other organisation could prevent the bosnian Serbs of going their own way...

who knows, perhaps all this is already planned.

time will tell.

Dodik is absolutely right. There are no Serbs in judge position in the Federation, yet the OHR expects the RS to tolerate this double standard, especially when the Federation judges always rule against Serbs. Notice there was no outcry by anyone over the chauvinistic comments of Silajdzic at the UN. No talk of ousting him by power. The OHR always blames the Serbs for the problems in Bosnia. It's time for the "Jan Andersen's" of the world back to where they came from, and allow Serbs to run their own affairs. It was foreign interference which started the war in 1992 to begin with. Had it not been for the pressure of the US and Zimmerman on Izetbegovic, there would have been peace and the Lisbon plan would have been signed. Foreign interference has only made a mess, it's never solved a thing.

Jan,
Thank you for showing us all your typical colonialist attitude (that you are better than us and we need babysitting), and showing everyone why we don't want you and need you ruling over us. Had the so called 'civilized west' not stuck its big nose in the middle of the Balkans, things would have been settled without more lingering problems. The problem is that the west took sides, and sided with the wrong side based on a well paid media smear campaign meant to demonize the Serbs, and have never been fair or honest with the Serbs.
You live in in a nice country, and I have been to Copenhagen and loved it, had a fantastic time. The Balkans is no place for you, let us deal with our own affairs and everything will be ok, I promise :)).
Cheers!!

We (the EU and the US) are there in the same way that children in a kindergarten needs adult supervision. Without us to keep an eye on things, and put a damper on violence, ethnic hatred, corruption etc, etc, you will (again) end up in a war - just like little children squabbling about who gets to play with the latest toy.

Hans Christian Andersen,
if you really believe what you said, then i must say you sound a lot more racist than all the ex-yugoslavs generals+hitler+stalin all together.

Nothing more to add, except for my wishes so that your democracy (by wherever you are) will be "improved" by some superior power (russia? i hope).
I doubt someone will be there to hear your cries, while the superior power treats you like the supervisor in the kindergarden.
The other possible role of yours is just to create anti-west hatred, in which you are very successful i must say.

P.S.
Dont forget once the kindergarden once called Yugoslavia where every croat-muslim-albanian kid had to behave.
Are you saying that your "supervision" of Bosnia is any better?

Fellow serbs, this is just one out of many attepts by the muslims and the EU/US to destroy RS. They will make provocations at RS and when RS reacts they will strike and accuse RS of various things, just like in this case. It's time we stand up and defend what is ours.

'I cannot accept the stance that if someone is from another ethnic group, then they must be subjective and negative.'
Talk to the Croats Miroslav, and see how tolerant of a society they are and what they think of other ethnic groups, and why Serbs can not come back to their homes there.
Also, the 'Bosnian muslims', who were made a 'nation' by Tito, are actually mostly Serbs that converted to islam under the turks. That is why they speak Serbian, even they don't like to be reminded of it. In my opinion, they are not a 'different ethnic group', they simply have a different religion.
It is high time these undemocratic, unelected, like Lajcak, hand picked and placed by the US to rule like dictators and throw out democratically elected leaders like Dodik...well it is high time Republika Srpska be rid of them and have a referendum to join Serbia. I am sure Russia will recognize Repbulika Srpska before Tadic's yellows will, because the yellows have the same bosses as Lajcak does.

Do Serb judges preside in the Croat/Muslim Federation?

"Miroslav Lajčak has announced measures to stop the attacks which have been coming from the RS government against various institutions and individuals. Lajčak's reaction has been described as 'unusually harsh'." Oh, oh...is it time to bring out the censoring and censuring? What essential difference is there between the Fascist West & Soviet Russia in dealing with dissidents of Superpower decrees? It seems that the West is only a little more discreet and savvy with media control.

I think that wouold have been a far better statement to make than "we don't want Muslim judges". What an idiot!

Well, it is not Dodik's fault that the non-Croat population of federacija can only be described as muslims, if someone does not want to fill (waste) 5 pages explaining who exactly
he refers to, and who those habitants are.

So the abbreviation "Muslims" suits 99% of the cases when BiH is involved.

Therefore Dodik uses Laconian speech.

Frankly I'm stunned that Dodik has gone this far. This is music to the ears of those who oppose him and the existence of Republika Srpska.

And I disagree with the point that only judges from one ethnic group are fit to try cases of other ethnic groups. Its a ridiculous statement. If a judge shows himself / herself to be biased they will lose their job naturally, you do not discriminate against somebody on account of their ethnic group beforehand.

He has let himself down and the people of Republika Srpska.
