UNMIK employee attacked in Dečani

You gotta love Albanians. If they agree with their masters, they praise them and carry their flags. If they disagree with them, well, they beat them up. Must be a part of the Ahtissari plan I missed.

According to this report, this is the 2nd case of a serious attack on an UNMIK employee in this town since Ruecker issued his decree on the return of the land in question to High Decani.

It also states that UNMIK has 2 representatives in Decani.

That's a 100% rate of assault. Typical?

B92 didn't actually mention the nationality of the 3 criminal's who ambushed UNMIK's employee Luis Perez, but since you brought it up, let's examine the situation.

Can't be serbs.

Of the handful that were still present a month ago, 3 were forced to leave only a little while ago after one of them, a 75 year old man was attacked by an albanian. Would be surprised if, apart from the monks, there were enough serbs left in the entire municipality to make up the number of the attackers.

The OSCE estimates that the population of the municipality in & around Decani is about 40,000, of which over 99% are of albanian nationality.

Think it is a pretty safe bet to say that those 3 cowards who bushwhacked Perez are indeed of albanian nationality.

Motive? They hate the idea of being forced to hand back the land to the monastery by UNMIK.

So rather than accusing B92 of spreading lies, I suggest you look at yourself in the mirror 'KV'.

That is, if you can stomach it.

I sincerely hope that yours is not representative of the character of K-albanians. For if such was the case, then one could only be forced to assume that K-albanians have zero respect for the rule of law & the sanctity of life.

First, how on earth anybody here knows the motives of this attack? Just because “reports Serbian-language media.”??? Yeah right, very reliable! Since none of any other media reported it!
Secondly, an UNMIK Police Officer gets killed by K-Serbs, but hey that was fine, they where “poor unarmed civilians being provoked”!!! Man oh man this is really crazy, and brings to a conclusion that you are really hopeless.. At least we have the courage to say that we have a long way to go…

With all this hatred spreading, believe me nothing will EVER get resolved, maybe let’s just start building the walls around(that’s what you want and been working hard to achieve, right?) so we just don’t see each other at all, you want ethnically divided countries? let’s do it too, and hopefully you finally STOP harassing us so we can get back to our normal lives and our families (the survived ones)…

Yes, Jovan as you wish….since there is no point on ‘discussing’ here with ‘you’! Just one curiosity though, how are you planning to make disappear 2mn K-Albanians?? This just proves my long time realized point that you don’t give a damn about K-Serbs (let alone others) and how to improve their living conditions (for example to discuss with Kosovo authorities how to plan return of displaced persons and do everything so the Serbs in Kosovo can have a better and safer life) but NO you don’t care about that (we know it well), what you care is the territory, and of course you even sickly enjoy that K-Serbs are living behind “barbwire” and you are going to do EVERYTHING to keep it that way so you can continue forever to destabilize our country, how you feel “sorry” for them and so on…. Yeah right!!!

P.s. You know Jovan, I came to a conclusion that even I genuinely feel more sorry for those citizens that can’t live properly, decently and/or have limited movement, than you and some other people that I read here.
