The Hague is a Kangaroo court, set up and funded by NATO. It is "victor's justice". Madeleine Albright was instrumental in its founding.

The court uses hearsay evidence and has no penalty for perjury. The court pressures people to lie and frame other Serbs by offering them deals as the only way out. Some of their witnesses have been discovered to have committed perjury - including Serbs who claimed things about other Serbs. These Serbs were scripted by the Hague prosecuters.

The court is an abomination.

All those at Ovcara farm were Croat soldiers who died when there was fierce battles going on. They didn't even prove how they were killed. Too many phoney stories and propagand turning soldiers dying in battle into POWs killed or "civilians".

As an Albanian I am impressed with the courts in Serbia. There was a time when they have sentenced Albanians from Kosovo without any evidence. But now I see changes in Serbian Courts. To be honest, I like what i read that the Judge has released this person where there was no evidence for further prosecution on him.
Good job!

Don't forget tha The Hague has non found guilty former Yugoslav National Army (JNA) officer Miroslav Radić ... for the crimes committed at the Ovcara farm.

you have told us that serbian courts operate impartially and respecting law? thanks, but we know this. serbia is a democratic state, a un member, soon to sign the saa with eu, a functional country and society. if you are one of our kosovo albanians though it's good to see you recognize these facts, and emphasize them. well done, a step in the right direction for you.

As an indvidual it makes me very sad that people were killed simply because of their ethnicity. I am even more disturbed by the fact that people that commited these types of crimes are probably walking around freely and proudly amongst both communities. In the end they may never face justice in the courts but they wont be able to hide from the eyes of god.

When you lose some dear to your the pain is the same regardles of ethnicity or nationality. Until all of us begin to understand this I dont see a way forward.

The judge's verdict and her remarks about the care are an encouraging sign of the fairness of this Court. Until quite recently, a Kosovo Albanian could not expect to get a fair trial in Serbia.

As the judge pointed out, the prosecution deserves only blame for having put Sinan Morina on trial without having evidence to convict him. The prosecutors owe an apology to Mr. Morina, who needlessly spent a year in prison, and also to the relatives of the victims of the crimes for having put them through this ordeal unnecessarily.

And remember that there is still no justice for the victims, who were abducted and murdered in 1998 and whose bodies were dumped into a ditch.

Ahmet, why are you so completely negative on everything? My quess is that you are disappointed in the courts decision, because it shows that even a terrorist can get a fair trial in Serbia. Not proven is not innocent, but it's more than a Serb could expect in Kosovo, I'm pretty sure.

The other point is that you are so bitter and twisted that you would prefer to see your own people go to jail than have to agree that some justice is fair and balanced in Serbia.

So far prosecution has not been able to proove the case. No witness has been able to identify the defendant as prepetratoir of these crimes according to charges/accusations coming from prosecutor.
In the other hand this could turn into Kangaroo court, who knows.
