“We have reached an important point in the process of Kosovo’s future status settlement when there is no unified opinion on how to proceed,”

This is so ridiculous I can only laugh. Or cry. I still have not seen a single good argument for new talks (other than "we don't want it that way, so we wait for you to change your mind" - and that is not talk). There is really nothing to talk about anymore.

A right decision (to see the EU capitals and to explain the Serbian position on Kosovo settlement)! Not many states really understand the core of the matter. Why not to include NATO member states (who are not members of the EU)into this explanation process?

a rather good site, providing all info necessary in order to see who in fact is unproductive here.

If it means that I can have dinner with Ursulla then I am gladly offering my services in an advisory capacity to your Foreign Minister.I will not submit any bill for the time I spend wining and dining Miss Plasnik.

I think Serbia's best strategy is to get other EU states not so much to "jump ship" if you will, but begin to pressure both Pristina (and by proxy Washington) to concede further concessions to Serbia if an agreement is to be made. Serbia can certainly gain more allies who will argue for a more middle ground approach to Kosovo, rather than the all-or-nothing collision course it seems to be heading down at present.
