Nothing new here. Could have told you this years ago, but of course, 'everybody' was cheering del ponte so much they didn't hear!!!

I suppose that's blown her chance of having her very own street in Pristina. LOL!

I would say that Del Ponte is in service of nobody, she has lost her road at her court and yard.
Most sad is that she is not in service of Hague Tribunal even. For a years she is only prowling and Serbia is cheating game with her like cat, mouse and tangle.
Instead of giving to Serbia and BiH / Republika Srpska clear time frames for extradition of war criminals with clear consequences for no coopeartion, she is merging in a issues she shoudn't.
Even worse, she is giving concessions to Serbia for not cooperating with Hague harming Kosovo which can be as example of cooperation (Fatmir Limaj, Ramush Haradinaj and the others).
I think and I hope that Mladic and Karadzic won't be arrested during her mandate, but Kosovo can not be hostage of Mladic and Karadzic... Instead of Serbia and BiH where a lot of political open issues are linked with their arrest, Kosovo nohow is not and can not be linked with their arrest...
The only possible scenario si if Hague and Belgrade agree to fix their arrest in Kosovo. Neutral country is ideal for such events and I don't trust neither to Belgrade or Hague, so... But at least this would be so glassy...

It's a scream.

Ms. Del Ponte is meddling in international politics...or some such rubbish.

Honestly! Are the Albanians getting a little nervous suddenly? They should't, should they? The World policeman is on their side.

The whole planet knows that 'Ms Del Ponte' is a serbofile and the Albanians are just finding that out now!? Hilarious.

No one should put the nose where it doesn't belong to. She passed the border what she is responsible, hence she'll be criticized for that. What has changes in Serbia's top guys since the last government? = NOTHING. Therefore she should leave Kosovo out of her agenda when trying to get the war fugitives.
Peace to Kosovar people!!!

It looks clear that she is Serb agent. She never wanted to catch serbian terrorists but in the other hand she was very succesfull with catchin g UCK solders who fout against serbs and trying to protect albanian population from mass killing and ethnic cleansing.

Mike the serb agent, what are you saying is hilarious. Just because she says something favorable about Serbia you are defending her.
Her mandate isn't Kosovo statute.

I believe is another example of bashing a woman who is in a position of influence. In Kosovo alot of the women work case in point Camp Bondsteel, roughly 30 percent of the workers were women who were the sole provider for the family. I believe media is bent out of shape because she reccommended more talks. As Kosovo begans it's transistion i beleive they will be in for a bit of a surprise when the EU enforce rules such as womens rights in the province. I am hoping everyone who is able to get jobs and work to make kosovo a brighter future does not matter if you are a Serb, Albanian, Roma, Gypsy etc. This story i just another example of how the media can put a spin on things it happens in Belgrade as well as pristina. Today you may be a good person in Pristina and curse the next Belgrade and vice versa tommorrow.

Come on B92...
If this is the level of media coming out of Pristina, then keep it there..

As far as the Del Ponte statements go...
1) It will pass and be forgotten. It is not her job to make these statements, and she is cutting somebody else's grass..

2) At least now, both Serbs and Albanians now have something in common...

haha...

Like they have the right to say anything. The Albanians are in the service of Washington, are they not.

“The statement cannot be qualified as anything other than scandalous and interfering in international politics,” Zeri said in an opinion piece Wednesday.

Well Washington also interfered in international politics, or should i say, the internal affairs of another country, back in 1999.

Complete and utter hypocrits.

I believe I am also due some pay cheques.

All this time Carla Del Pontevic has been a closet Serb. It's all clear to me now. She only spent the last 12 years hounding Serbia because it gave her a reason to visit the country a lot.

Well Mike, on the other hand this is the Albanian "free and democratic" media just like the "free and democratic" nation of iraq .....it must be credible...bush says so..!

Cvele

I want in on this...
But my question is how come Frank Wisner or whatever his name is who is a NATO general thinks he has the right to tell Belgrade politicians what to say to the Serbian people. He is an albanian agent and has deffinetly oversteped his authority. Does he think he is a diplomat or something.

The prosecutor is correct. Let's deal with one issue at a time concerning Serbia. Although she does have reason to hold K_Albanians in a bad light. They were not very helpful when it came to dealing with their War Criminals, i.e., murdering witnesses in Haradinaj's case. Not nice. And why is the EU and US so intent on having a quick resolution to Kosovo. What are they trying to get away with? Is it all the corruption that's turning up between UN officials and the local government? One has to wonder.

Mike

pre 18 godina

That's hilarious. Seriously, I mean no one could have been portrayed as the bigger Serb-bater than Ms. Del Ponte and just because now says something favorable about Serbia, which means it MUST be translated into something negative about Albanians, it means she's in the service of Belgrade. This passes as reputable news?

OK, let's try this:

I, Mike, think Serbs are great people, with good food, strong drinks, and hot women. I also think Gypsy brass bands are awesome.

Obvously, this makes me a Serb-agent too (especially that last part).

I'll be expecting my royalty check from the Serbian Ministry of Tourism by next week ;)

Anyone else want to cash in on this?
