Everybody knews that serbian govt. for years are repeating that Kosovo was Constitutional part of Serbia. Which is not true.All, we former Yugoslav citisens, knew that Kosova was Constitutional part of Yugoslavia.
My dear Serbian friends. Why don't you include the Moon in your territory? Why don't you include Madagascar and Groenland? My dears, stop and think, you are a great nation that defeated Nazi Germany in the Second World War! You built a great Empire that left deep traces in the region. Go to Skopje and see the "Mareshal Tito Street" and you will see that the political institution you built, called Yugoslavia, was a great step in the history of the region. Have courage and accept defeat as you once accepted victory. Be proud and stop that histerical outcry! Tell me who cares about your new constitution. You are just adding new obstacles to your integration into the EU. Don't be blind! Serbia is still alive! Without Kosovo, Serbia is anyway alive! Give yourself a chance! God bless you!
Where is the human compassion in all this craziness of war and independence, and power and greed. Let your children go out into the world if they are able to take care of themselves and are self reliant. Do not raise them to use them. Where there is security and comfort, peace and communication is where I want to live and visit.
oh yes brian maybe in some way you are right. why the long time for decision? one says i like white, the other says i like black. the mdiator is confused and cannot decide which color to choose so the delay. maybe color green will do the trick. this is only a hypothesis.
I don't think there is any reconsideration, nor there has been consideration as whose stance should the West take into account, rather the West is just confirming the reality of today as a result of circumstances of the past, present and the future. Kosovo independence has been accepted by the Serbian Govt too, they just want Kosovo to "formally remain part of Serbia" in their documents such us constitution, and that has to do for the most part with the nationalist goverenmnet, that fosters that same nationalism to their voters too. On the other hand having Kosovo "formaly" part of Serbia, would make Kosovo totaly non functional country...hence the stand that the only way to go for Kosovo is Independence.
