The fact that Serbia is not willing to recognise Kosovo independence to me means everything. The fact that Serbia was involved directly or indirectly into the latest the recent terrorist attack in Banjska means a lot. The fact the Serbia is arming itself to the teeth shows what a belligerent country and danger is.

Strict reciprocity principle should be applied when it comes to treatment of respective minorities in northern Kosovo and Presevo, Bujanovc and Medvegja. Simple.

@ea - what would be simple is Albanians return Srbija’s historic Kosovo i Mehotija that you, with international help, stole….
