I’m afraid Mr. Borrell is wasting his time with both Serbia and BiH. Serbia because of its pro-Putin stance and BiH because Serpska is also pro-Putin. They both will cause only problems for the EU. Cut their life cords and you will see them crawl back as soon as Putin is defeated and on his way to The Hague Court, unless, of course, the Russian people depose him.
