The problem for Serbia is most of their doctors still prescribe Penicillin for the common cold. It is no wonder antibiotics have become ineffective in Serbia.

I agree that antibiotics SHOULD NOT be available without prescription because people misuse them.
Doctors tell you that you should finish every pack of antibiotics given to you and not stop as soon as you start to feel better. Many people stop as soon as they start to feel better which doesn't eradicate the bacteria and that bacterial becomes resistant to that antibiotic.
This is how superbugs start. I can't believe that in Serbia you can get this without perscription.

Corona is a VIRUS.
Viruses do NOT respond to antibiotics. Perhaps educating the population would be better than frightening them with unknown statistics.
