Why are you so stupid? Repubika Srpska does NOT celebrate it. Its up to the individual if they take the day off but the vast majority of people in that entity work on that day. The main day is 9 January.

The Bosnian war was the 1st experiment in how to break and submit a nation under the American control. Afterwards, it spread to Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan etc but hit the brick wall real hard in Ukraine.
