From what I can read, they have provoked the Kosovo Police. Saying that the Police should behave professionally according to the Code of Conduct.

Not wearing a seat belt is more detrimental to life than receiving an infringement. Any excuse by the offending driver should be regarded as trivial and arrogant.

I think the officers translated the tickets in a language everyone understands. Always better to not argue with law. They have entire government and you only have your mouth

If the situation had been reversed and this had happened to two Albanian youths in Presheva, the young offending Albanian would have, and has, been taken to a Serbian police station and beaten to a pulp, for far less of an offense than what the Serbian youth did.
