Hovenier: The need for de-escalation, mayors not to work from municipal buildings

I don't know how dumb this Ambassador from the US of Lard Arses is but he must be plenty stupid to try and convince the outside world his lot had "nothing" to do with it.

I don't think he is the sharpest tool in the box either.

Suggesting for the newly elected mayors to work from home or other buildings...it is in fact an insult.

The fact is the Serbs in northern Kosovo decided to boycot the local election, tough shit. West should be serious either support Kosovo to institutionalise the democracy or let's talk about redrawing the borders in Balcans on ethnic lines because Serbia wants this.

The CSM is a political issue which be solved through dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. Once an agreement on how it should look like is reached, new elected mayors carry on with the job.
