Putin doesn't have to pay Orban anything. Orban doesn't want US stranglehold on Europe any longer.

For the life of me I can’t see what you Albos are celebrating? This council of Europe is nothing like the EU parliament. Naturally this was going to occur since the west is unhappy about Serbia’s stance towards Russia. Look your goat herders can join the EU knitting circle for all that it matters, but when are your allies going to lift standard of living conditions in Kosova? All this other stuff is BS.
Now to prove my point that the US cares for no one, remember Juan Guaido, the US-appointed El Presidente of Venezuela? Remember him? The US has no further use and abandoned him. Colombia said that Guaido arrived in Bogota in an “irregular manner” to attend an international conference in Bogota so he was kicked out.
See what happens to people who are no longer of use to the US???? That’s what is going to happen to Albos in Kosovo. Meanwhile celebrate your “win” LOL while your standard of living sinks even further in Kosova.

You should stop living in myths, Kosovo/a is independent from Serbia. Serbia is purely looking for a salvafaccia (in Italian) or how to save its face in its public opinion. Kosovo's allegiance is clearly to the West, USA, NATO and EU, Serbia's Russia. No one believe Vucic about EU aspiration. Serbia will be the most disloyal member of EU....so let it be Russia.

Serbia was unhappy because these countries gave assurances that they would vote against this proposal. Serbia is also surprised that Ukraine abstained considering what’s going on there. All this is the handy work of your beloved US of Piss and Wind. To me its no surprise that Greece abstained considering that it’s the Kyriakos Mitsotakis government and Mitsotakis is an Atlantisist. All EU government are ruled by Atlantasists. The US has nurtured these people for decades.
